If you apply for the refund due to their own reasons, you must do it within the first 7 days. You should return the product first and pay for the return shipping. The doll must be unused. We will refund the money after checking that the doll has been unused.
If the product has problems such as original flaws, logistics damages, customers have to take pictures of it upon receiving it and contact us for return and refund within 7 business days after receiving.
First, all dolls have passed the official test before leaving our factory.
Second, we will offer 7 days guarantee for replacement and 12 months warranty.
- If the product has problems such as original flaws or logistics damages, or wrong goods, we will replace it unconditionally within 7 business days after receiving. The product must have been unused
- If the doll damages when customers use it, we will not replace it, but we will supply the maintain videos and tools depending on the damage. If the doll has serious damage which could not repair, we can exchange it at a sale price.
- Customers will pay for the return shipping.
- Customers could only replace the goods in the same size and type at no charge. If customers want to replace another product, please make up the difference.
